Attention: Citrix Receiver Client
Changes in Certificate Security have been implemented. If you receive a message similar to: "Cannot connect to the Citrix XenApp server. SSL Error 61..." after attempting to launch an application, your Citrix Receiver client requires an upgrade.
Click on the following link:
In the "Select a product..." field, select the drop down arrow -> then click "Citrix Receiver". The process should detect the Operating system for your device (Windows, MAC, etc.). Click the Download Receiver option -> click Run, and the program should install. Please reboot if prompted.

This is a reminder to all users that the printing and saving of documents or data files containing protected health information (PHI-PII) to a remote (non-NorthShore) workstation is prohibited.
Effective Tuesday, November 1, 2016, all NorthShore Employees (non MDs and Clinicians) and Vendors will see that this policy is now enforced within their Weblink sessions.
